Beautiful bright gold color. The nose, marked by white flowers and fruits, is very expressive. The palate combines freshness and fleshiness with subtle hints of pear and quince, and is followed by a lively and saline finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, or to accompany shellfish, noble fish dishes or soft cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 13°C.
