Famille Paquet
Located at the foot of the cliffs of Solutré and of Vergisson, in the commune of Davayé, Paquet Family Estate extends over the mythical terroirs of the appellation Saint-Véran : « en Crèches », « les Cras » et « les Terres Noires ».
Without concession or compromise, quality is a real obsession that forces us to pay attention to every detail with the same care for all our appellations: Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé.
Certified organic farming was an obvious choice. Thus, from the 2021 vintage, our wines are certified Organic Agriculture. Then, the Biodynamics culture has become our new standard.
We wish to create a Global Harmony in which nature, the vineyard and the people each find the means to blossom in mutual respect.
