100% Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES:

Lovely bright colour. Fruity, fresh and delicate nose dominated by wild strawberries and black cherries. This wine is fresh and balanced on the palate, with smooth tannins.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

An excellent accompaniment to stuffed poultry, veal or pan-fried mushrooms.

Recommended serving temperature: 16°C.

WINEMAKING:

Aging for 11 months on its fine lees in oak barrels (French oak from Jupille forest, CAVIN cooperage, 7-8 years oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay).
