TASTING NOTES:

Brilliant dress. Flattering nose, both delicate and fruity (aromas of wild strawberries and black cherries). The palate is aromatic, balanced and fresh with soft tannins.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS:

It goes perfectly with stuffed poultry, veal or pan-fried mushrooms.

Serve at 16°C.

WINEMAKING::

The wine is aged for 11 months in oak barrels, only in barrels of 7 to 8 wines having previously hosted Chardonnay.
