DÉGUSTATION :

The nose is rich and complex combining floral aromas with fruity notes: citrus, white peaches and apricots. The palate is full-bodied and ample, with a deep, satiny attack and fine tension. A delicious mineral finish.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

A perfect accompaniment to risotto, scallops, sushis or a tenderloin.

Served at 13°C.

WINEMAKING:

Manual harvest in small baskets.

Aging for 12 months in oak barrels then 7 months in stainless steel vats.
