100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES:

A wide array of aromas: white fruit, fresh almonds and nougat. The lively attack gives way to a wine that is full and long on the palate. Intense freshness with notes of grapefruit and lime.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

An excellent accompaniment to fishes, white meats and cold starters.

Recommended serving temperature: 13°C

WINEMAKING:

Aging for 12 months on its fine lees in oak barrels (French oak from Jupille forest, CAVIN cooperage, 10% in new oak, oak from 1 to 7 years), and then for 3 to 4 months in vats.
